Cancellation & Appointment Deposit Policy
To reserve dedicated time for each guest and help reduce last-minute cancellations, a $50 appointment deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Once I have confirmed your appointment request, I will send Venmo payment instructions. Your appointment will be officially reserved once the deposit has been received.
Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If you provide 48+ hours’ notice, your $50 deposit may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment or applied as a future credit.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, missed appointments, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit.

A new deposit will be required to reserve any future appointment time.

One mile on the Left is Concord Business Center, take the second entrance. The first building on your right is #124, at the Stop sign, notice the 1st red arrow, take a sharpright, that puts you in the back of the same building, look for the 2nd large arrow above the double glass doors, (our entrance) park anywhere. Head to the top of stairs or elevator, have a seat and fill out intake form, I will be with you shortly. Thank you.
